| I was so pleased with the repairs on my 2011 Nissan. It's a great car and was happy to have it back running great! More so, the polite customer service and mechanicle troubleshooting was wonderful. I'll not take my vehicles to any other auto repair business. Thanks so much! |

| I only have good things to say about Strites. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell they were different. Arlin was very friendly and helpful. He went in depth with what he thought was wrong with my vehicle and what steps they would take to fix my issue. My truck has run and drove so much better since they worked on it, almost feels like a different truck then what I dropped off the day before they worked on it. I wouldn't hesitate to get them to perform more work if I needed it. |

| Honest, dependable! Straightforward service and knowledge... They were thorough about checking our vehicle for what we thought was the problem, only to look further to find what the true problem was instead. So thankful for that! Saved us A LOT of money by catching it... They initiated another call about a week later, wanting to check how the vehicle was running, and see if their work did indeed fix the problem. They even offered to come pick up the vehicle, check it, and return it to us, all in the same day! We took them up on this, and are so glad we did! Would definitely recommend them to family, friends, etc. who are looking for a top-notch mechanic. Very impressed! |

| Great service! Fixed our original problem and notified us of an impending problem. We didn't know if we could afford that right away, but when it did happen, they were able to fix it.. Friendly service, prompt to call back, and even called early to reschedule when a death in their garage family forced them to rearrange appointments. |

| In May 2025, I brought my 2009 Pontiac G8 to Strite?s Garage for major suspension work Was told this by the shop owner: ?We feel sorry for you. Find life and meaning in Christ Jesus?? Docket #: MJ-39305-CV-0000116-2025 (Franklin County, PA) In my experience, Strite?s Garage: ? Performed major suspension work incorrectly ? Billed work that was unauthorized ? Billed work that was never completed ? Used guilt, pressure, and tactics to avoid accountability ? Forced me to spend additional time and money repairing their mistakes elsewhere My full documentation ? receipts, inspection reports, emails, and court records ? is available. If you're considering work here, get everything in writing, and be prepared to have another shop double-check it. |
| Shop Comment Strite's Garage has only one statement that we desire to make in relation to the Review that Trey Wilson left. Every day we do our best to perform quality work. If we fail we do stand behind all our work and we would have been glad to perform needed repairs to this car had it returned and we were given the chance. Trey never returned the car and we forgive him for that . Trey never paid a dollar to us for the work and we forgive him for that. We continue to pray that he will find the source of true meaning in life. Christ Jesus makes the difference. |
